It was great that you were able to deliver during Lockdown and that delivery was free and within 48 hours. There was an item missing from the delivery. It took me two days to get through to you on the phone to rectify this, which was understandable in the current situation, but I wish your phone line had been more honest (the callback time was said to be an hour and a half and I did not received a call that day, over 7 hours later!). The order was really well packaged. The instructions were really easy to follow, although the suggested assembly time scale was optimistic to say the least! We're really pleased with the cabin bed that we purchased especially for the price.
