Ordering process was really easy and originally had a delivery date of the 15th June. This was pushed back to the 17th June which wasn't an issue for us. The bed was very well packaged with plenty of protection around it. Instructions were simple enough but took around 4 hours to build, mainly as only 1 of us could do the last 2 hours of it. Would be quicker with two people doing all of it. Once completed its a sturdy bed which looks good in our room and the room feels so much bigger as prior to this we had a king size scroll bed. Only down side is it looks a little beige rather than a true grey but still happy with it.
