Delivery was good and arrived as expexted. Took a few hours to assemble the bed and it's def a 2 person job. Instructions could have been clearer and at one point had to guess the next stage. Pistons were faulty but customer service was very responsive and received the new parts in a few days. The bed looks great but the handle that stops the mattress from sliding off when raised keeps popping off so I've just taken it off. Suggest you scotchgard the velvet parts before use. All in all a good bed but instructions need to be improved.
