Our order was delayed and rescheduled six times, but they only told us on this the evening before the delivery was due each time, very frustrating , after several weeks of delays I wanted to cancel everything due to frustration but I could get hold of anyone, I emailed the customer service site but had no response , then it all finally arrived,
The furniture was all fantastic and I’m glad we didn’t cancel,
I did finally get a reply to my emails a week after delivery,
I would have been happy to wait as long as we did if I had been told his , but there was no communication ,
So to summarise, great furniture, terrible service.
