After waiting several weeks (which we were aware of) my daughters bed arrvd on the day advised & between the delivery slot advised, however the mattress wasn't. After speaking to the driver who suggested to try customer service i did to be told it would be delvd by 2pm the same day. At 4.20pm no matress called again & office closed. Sent e-mail titled 'missing item'. Rang again the following day to be told it would be with us with 5dys & someone would call me bk by the end of play. No call just a text mess saying within 5dys! No very good customer service. A new bed is no good without the mattress!! Cant believe these are not delvd together! Dare 't open the bed as im not convinced the mattress will be here anytime soon!!
