Our delivery kept getting delayed and we were informed via email. We were sleeping on the floor having sold our old bed and mattress expecting our new bed and mattress to be delivered on time. When it was delayed for the second time I took it upon myself to check the website. I discovered the bed frame was in stock but the mattress was out of stock for another 6 weeks! The last email we had gave another 2 day delivery delay which didn't add up and I suspected we would just keep getting automatic emails to say our delivery is delayed every few days until the mattress became available in 6 weeks. I sent an email to the company which after 2 days was not responded too and I got another "your delivery is deleted" email. I called customer service and got through to someone very helpful who confirmed my suspicions. They quickly apologised and agreed to cancel the mattress from my order and arranged for the Bedframe to be delayed the next morning. I ordered a mattress from a different company and they offered free next delivery so it all worked out ok. The actually Bedframe was a challenge to put together, it took the best part of 3 hours and at the very end we were missing a single plastic connector for the slats. The bed itself is gorgeous and the customer service when I reached out was great but some issues with the delivery date and missing part means I gave 3 stars.
