They have been alright. There was a lead time of 2 weeks for my item to be delivered and the delivery was quite expensive. Also, they emailed the day before delivery explaining that they would call before getting to our address. They didn’t call and said that they had an incorrect number but because I am currently working from home I was on a conference call when they knocked on my door.
Some slight tweaks to their processes and delivery charge and they’d be a great company.
