Unfortunately there was a problem with incorrect parts (self assembly wardrobe) but when reported correct parts were ordered. There was then a problem with availability, but I was pro-actively contacted, advised of the availability date, accepted the new date and, sure enough, I was advised the parts were to be delivered at the date specified, and arrived as advised. It's not how a company performs normal day to day, it's how they resolve problems when they arise.
