I bought 4 items from Furniture123. 1. TV Unit - arrived with some chipped corner, but because I cannot afford to wait for exchange/re-deliver as it has already been delayed due to covid, I did not make complain to Furniture123. Quality is ok, assemblement is a 2 men job as it is very heavy. 2. Shoe Cabinet - same design as my TV Unit but it was delivered in good condition. Happy with the quality too although the instructions to assemble was slightly confusing at first. 3. Mirror Cabinet - came in perfect condition too. 2 men work to mount it to the wall as it was quite heavy, does compliment my modern style bathroom so I am happy. 4. Mirror for second bathroom - came with cracked mirror. I am still in the middle asking for a replacement, customer service has slight delay due to covid which is understandable. I am not sure yet how complicated/easy the replacement process will be at this point. Overall the description of all my products are accurate and I would give 5 stars if it was not due to damaged delivery.
