Fast delivery and helpful delivery drivers. The bed and the rest of the furniture was relatively easy to put up (took us 4 hours to put it all together but I'm not a whizz at DIY!) The instructions were easy to follow. My son is over the moon with his new bed and it feels sturdy. I'm a happy customer.
