Items were well packaged and look good once all put together. We did have two cancelled deliveries before they managed to deliver due to supply problems which was a bit inconvenient, but we had expected some delay just not as long as we did wait. When I emailed I got a quick response and apology for the delay and assured that they would be delivered as soon as possible.
