Amazing customer service, let me change the bed last minute to this one. With an even quicker delivery date (the next day) perfect bed my little girl absolutely loves it and it’s made her transition from cotbed to big girls bed so much easier as it doubles up as a playhouse she loves the roof and calls it her princess bed:)
