Amazing quality and the delivery people couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, they offered to carry it up the 4 flights right to my front door and made sure if be able to get it to the room I wanted before leaving! Beyond thrilled! And the bed is beautiful, super soft so luxurious feeling.
