Bought a bed for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Value was good, some scuffs to the bed once unpacked, but nothing too bad. Biggest challenge was the 7 week lead time, despite the Furniture123 website smadvertising it as “in stock” when I ordered and paid. Customer services were unhelpful when checking why the website was showing back in stock with deliver to new customers as preceding mine which I’d booked abs paid for 6 weeks earlier. Very poor customer service.
