My son loves the bed. Would have been 5 starts were it not for delivery issues. Paid top price for quick delivery option. When I placed the order it said it was available 2 days later (in time for his birthday). Then got an e-mail saying they couldn't deliver it until a few days after that. Said they'd refund the delivery charge but still no sign of the refund :-( The 5 working days have passed since they said we could expect it.
