Ordered 2 items on next day delivery, Desk arrived next day via white van courier, all good.
Bed arrived 2 days late with the most awful courier service. Door step delivery, wedged it in the open door and left. Rude delivery men who said due to COVID will not enter properties!! I offered them clean surgical masks, but they just walked off. Avoid deliveries by ARROW couriers. We are not in a COVID high risk area....... Took 2 men to carry to doorstep, yet they think it's perfectly acceptable to leave wedged in doorway for a women to haul upstairs 😡
