I cannot write a full review of this company as it would be far too long, so I am listing each event with my experience with this company. * Had problems ordering on french website so had to do it by phone which took ages * Received no tracking number and eventually they told me my order was held at a parcel centre awaiting me to call for "clearing customs purposes". There was in fact no telephone number on order so couldn't make delivery. * Order received and items missing * Checked receipt and was totalled incorrectly and had been overcharged by 107 euros. * Asked for a new tracking number for replacement parts, given wrong number. It was in fact the old tracking number. * They didn't call back with new number so had to call them after the weekend. * Refund took a week to be seen in my account then it was under by 12 euros * Had to phone them again to get further refund * Still waiting for replacement items to arrive *Numerous failures to reply to emails and phone calls. In short this company is a disgrace and cannot blame alone the set up of their new French website. I have not even started using the items yet. I hope they are heaps better than their customer service! This is not just down to one individual but seems to be whomever you speak to. They are very blunt on the phone and clearly do not care about the amount of errors they are making in their job. I am not sure who is running this company or indeed if they are fully aware of this transaction but it really is shocking customer service.
