I needed to redo the arms of two leather recliners which had suffered badly from heat (in my conservatory) and oil/sweat from my hands. The surface was a mess in some places. Contacted the company and the procedure was explained. I needed to colour match so sent them a small piece and bought the kit. The colour match was perfect and & the instructions easy to follow and comprehensive. It took less than a morning to do the job and restore the chairs to very close to new condition on my first attempt.
