I had a badly stained cream leather chair. Dye from dark coloured jeans had seeped into the leather seating area and no normal cream would shift it. I bought the Leather Stain Remover, the Protection Cream and the Leather Ultra Clean. I followed the instructions and used the Ultra Clean first which totally removed all the staining, so I didn't need to use the Stain remover. Followed this with the Protection Cream. Result - a lovely cream arm chair. Was delighted with the result.
