I was very disappointed to have discovered flaws in a purportedly £600 sofa from Argos but cannot fault the Furniture Clinic on the speed and efficiency with which they dealt with my problem. In fact they went overboard and instead of replacement cushion covers I received replacement cushions, that is covers and filling!!!
