The product arrived promptly but one end of the packaging was a bit damaged which I did not see as it was delivered damaged side down. There was a little damage on one door corner but not worth worrying about. Poor fitting instructions but easy enough to work out if you have put othet flat packs together! Overall I am pleased with the shoe store which I keep in my porch so is unobtrusive and looks quite smart
