I purchased a colour kit.
Changed my mind about the colour ,phoned to tell you.
Returned the colour by carrier.
It was signed for at your end but you had no record.
I phoned and was told to take it up with my carrier.
Guess what.
They said it was the correct address and signed for.
No colour,no joy.
Shame.
