We purchased a Dining Table at the beginning of September with an understanding of a 11 - 13 week delay due to COVID-19. This was ok at that time. since the 13 week delay had passed (LAST MONTH) we have received No contact of information, No paperwork, No Updates, NOTHING..
We have called a couple of times with an answer of.. "someone will call you back"
Guess what.. NO ONE HAS!!!
Our request for a refund was denide as they aloud to be late on delivery.
Our frustration is that no one is competent enough to make a phone call to update us on our dining table or an apology for its EVEN MORE DELAYED DELAY!!!
To spend a large amount of money on a purchase and have no updates is terrible service and defiantly will not be buying from this company again!
I hope management read these reviews to have an understanding of how bad service has effected customers.
At this rate my family will be eating Christmas dinner on the floor!
