Absolutely horrendous aftersales customer service and in store at Stevenage. Our Sofa is faulty and confirmed by their own Technician, yet they still refuses to do anything about it. Will never shop FV again or recommend it.

I am very disappointed with the experience so far. The advertised delivery timeframe of 4-6 weeks will now be extended to almost 14 weeks, and I am uncertain if my order will even arrive. Communication has been lacking; I have not received any updates from customer service and had to reach out myself to learn about the delays. When the revised due date passed, I had to call again for further information. This situation reflects a significant gap in customer support and care.

Having my trading account suddenly inaccessible after a withdrawal rejection was terrifying. I was worried about my funds. But Mrs. Mercy and her support team were incredible. They managed to resolve the problem efficiently and helped me regain access to my account and funds. Highly recommended!

Bought wardrobes waited 9 weeks which I knew from the beginning the waiting time, so fair enough, delivered wardrobe the drawers inside were the wrong drawers and couldn't open them....waited another 9 weeks for correct drawers to be installed...when they came to fit them they said the doors were on wrong so they changed the runner round at the bottom...after they left I cannot open the doors properly as they shudder along and then bang closed...been in touch with store they said they have been in touch with fitters and they would ring me...4 weeks later still waiting...I cannot use the wardrobes and to be honest the happiness i should have got from my wardrobe is all gone...totally depressed!

An absolute disgrace of a company… have been waiting 5 months for delivery of a table & 6 chairs… usual excuse of ‘shipping’ issues! Manager in-store very rude & customer service useless.

Bought an extenable table just before Christmas and it was delivered damaged. The delivery guys reported at time of delivery. Was told a new one was ordered. Since then, it's been re-ordered again as I was told it was given to someone else. Just been told it's going to be another 6 weeks so can only assume it's again been given to someone else! Absolutely ridiculous! Have a table I cant use and spent thousands on!

When my cash withdrawal was denied and my account access suddenly restricted, I feared the worst. It's a common issue, and I understand why people lose faith in platforms. But thanks to Mrs. Mercy and her amazing support team, I was able to recover my funds and regain confidence in the process

Their customer service is very bad once they have sold the product. I purchased a sofa in Brighton store last week and wanted to amend my order to a different material, so I called the store within the 48-hour window. I was told to leave a voicemail regarding my request and that they would call me back. They didn't call me back, so I called again the next day and got the same message. When I finally got through to someone in the customer support team in the store, they told me that I had missed the 48-hour deadline, but that they would contact their supplier in China to see if it was possible to change the order. I was shocked to find out that our sofa is made in China. I asked the salesperson who sold us the sofa where it was made. He never said that it was made in China. I never received any calls from them regarding my request to change the material, and I had to call them repeatedly. They said that if I wanted to change the material, I would have to pay extra. I am really sad and disappointed about this because I called them within the 48-hour window to amend my order, and their message said they would call me back. This was my first order from Furniture Village, and I had planned to buy beds and a dining set from them. However, as they are not addressing my concerns, I don't want to purchase from them.

Absolutely awful service. Sofas delivered in the wrong colour. Ripped within a week. Customer service a joke. Both instore and on the phone. Refused a refund

Went into Furniture Village in Telford Shropshire today,bought a 3 & 2 seater recliner sofas.Tony advised us took his time & ,he was very helpful.Tony was very professional,polite & helpful towards us,would not hesitate to shop there again,thank you so much Tony,much appreciated Julie.

Bought a unit in store and changed my mind as soon as i got home. Phoned to cancell order but was told only online orders can be cancelled. What a load of rubbish .Three different people have been in touch asking same questions about my order and still have had no outcome. I even offered to loose my deposit of £188.00 just to get tihis order cancelled. Really poor customer service skills. Gonna get in touch with head office now as this is not on. J.Thompson.

After buying a bed worth around £1000.00, dismantled and reassembled onxe, the screw on headboard came apart and is not possible to attach the sides anymore The company won't even assess the bed in person but only over some images claiming that was not ri-assembled correctly The bed is definitely not worth the money as bed are supposed to be used for years and moved to room or houses more than once without break so easily

After spending over £4000 on a g- plan 3 seater and 2 seater suite of furniture we found a cushion and a backrest we’re faulty on the 2 seater sofa.This was just after the furniture arrived.When it was reported after many hours on the phone and many trips to Furniture Village in Exeter we finally had a technician arrive.After 3 months the technician returned and fitted a new cushion and filled the backrest with a full box of stuffing.We asked for some sort of compensation only to be told that Furniture Village do not give compensation and the problem was not a manufacturing fault.The aftercare team are terrible to deal with.G- Plan do not want to know either.If I had read the reviews on Furniture Village I would never have walked through the doors of that store in the first place.We are totally disgusted with the way we have been treated.

Wished I’d have read these reviews before ordering a suite, after service is absolutely atrocious they come out then write a report to say there’s nothing wrong with it the cushions don’t meet each other and one of the backs is not inline with the rest I would never buy from them again

Staff at furniture village were great but delivery company they use are atrocious, four young men arrived to deliver a family members bed, they put the matress on the wrong way which.meant when using the remote the wrong end of the bed raised also after one night on the bed my family member noticed the mattress had moved due to it not being fitted into the base properly, they had no common sense not one out of the four managed to do the job properly..they need to find a new delivery company you definitely don't get what you pay for ..absolute joke.

Wow haven’t got words my bed came 13 feb with broken lights sent someone today to rectify but no joy. How hard is it to get the bed picked up and my money back. No customer service absolutely disgusting. No help what so ever.
