If I could give 0 stars I would. My bed broke 28 weeks ago, yes you read that right 28 weeks. After being given a lead time for the part which start at 4 weeks, it then ended up being 12, I was then offered a replacement bed and waited a further 13-15 weeks. The bed was delivered on Saturday, the install team were 3 hours late to the time from given and I was having to call around to find out what was going on as the online tracker wasn’t up to date clearly. I was on hold for 20 minutes before giving up and contacting Solihull branch to help me. When they finally turned up the bottom dust sheet was wrong so ended up using the old one, they then thought there was another part which was wrong and I had to go and assist and prove to them that it was the right part. Once complete the beds missing bolts, washer, bolts not screwed in correctly, bolts rounded off and cross threaded. After contacting customer care about these issues they want to send out an assessor before rectifying any issues. And there are very few dates and just expect you to be able to wait in all day and even use days holidays to accommodate this. Absolutely appalling service. I would spend your money else where.

Ordered a sofa from the Brighton store and they couldn’t have been nicer. However when we tried to get a fabric sample to match curtains etc they couldn’t have been less interested. The salesperson, Gabriel was rude and dismissive. Pushed my wife to online sales, who just pushed me back to him. And then he insisted it was my wife’s fault, constantly talked over me and implied we were stupid. If this is an indication of how they treat you once they have your money then I’m worried. You should be too.

My Mum paid £3000 for a rise recliner and after being in her home for less than three months it stopped working. When I arrived there were sparks coming out of the chair, enough to cause a fire. For the sake of my Mum's safety and for her reassurance she wants a refund but you are telling her to get a solicitor. What a disgusting way to treat a customer.....

They sell you fake 20 year guarantee but when the product has a fault after 3 years they hit you with terms and conditions. I bought a bed which they damaged when building so offer me £250 after 5 phone calls and 5 hours on the phone. After one and half years they replace the piston on the bed and the contractor tells me that they did not build it properly and will only last a few years and get a replacement. After 3 years the the bolts on the frame are damaged due to poor frame and build quality. When I asked for a replacement they hit you with terms and conditions that certain part are only covered for 2 years, although they promise you a 20 years guarantee. There customer service is very poor in dealing with issues. On this one bed I bought I have had to call them 20 times. Buy from them at your owner risk.

Where to start... I ordered a sleigh ottoman bed and mattress from Furniture Village at the end of April and also paid for them to assemble. The mattress was faulty, so I called FV aftercare service, which was followed by me sending pictures of the mattress which collapsed at the edges. Before they could even respond, I notice the bed surface had collapsed too. Again, I sent pictures of the support struts that had broken off. I assumed that they would send a new bed, but no, their policy is to send around a handyman who just refitted the struts with longer wood screws!! Anyway, back to the mattress, FV advised that the supplier had acknowledged that the mattress sent was from a faulty batch. After numerous phone calls trying to get a new mattress delivered and the old one taken away on the same day. I had a date. A company came for the mattress; however, nothing was delivered. I rang aftercare again who now advised that the mattress wouldn't be delivered for two days. I told them that my wife and I had nowhere to sleep apart from a couch and the floor. Asked for it to be escalated, to which the escalation manager did ring when I was unavailable and offered a miserly £100 compensation. The mattress did arrive yesterday. FOUR MONTHS after the initial order and two nights of sleeping on the floor. Oh, and I've yet to receive the money compensation. A complete train wreck of a company, no quality control, poor suppliers, and terrible aftercare management. I would advise everyone to avoid this company.

When they took the order we were told it would be delivered in a few weeks. Over three months later we are still no nearer to receiving our order. On two separate occasions they have tried to deliver damaged goods as well as wrong items . There is no customer care contact.

Mo I am very satisfied with him help me choose the correct dining table and side board .He’s very kind and patient with costumer. I will come to see him again to buy my leather sofas.

Very helpful friendly knowledgeable man named Andrew fixed my leather handbag free of charge and gave me useful important information on beds I love the fact there was no pressure selling

Absolutely horrendous aftersales customer service and in store at Stevenage. Our Sofa is faulty and confirmed by their own Technician, yet they still refuses to do anything about it. Will never shop FV again or recommend it.

I am very disappointed with the experience so far. The advertised delivery timeframe of 4-6 weeks will now be extended to almost 14 weeks, and I am uncertain if my order will even arrive. Communication has been lacking; I have not received any updates from customer service and had to reach out myself to learn about the delays. When the revised due date passed, I had to call again for further information. This situation reflects a significant gap in customer support and care.

Having my trading account suddenly inaccessible after a withdrawal rejection was terrifying. I was worried about my funds. But Mrs. Mercy and her support team were incredible. They managed to resolve the problem efficiently and helped me regain access to my account and funds. Highly recommended!

Bought wardrobes waited 9 weeks which I knew from the beginning the waiting time, so fair enough, delivered wardrobe the drawers inside were the wrong drawers and couldn't open them....waited another 9 weeks for correct drawers to be installed...when they came to fit them they said the doors were on wrong so they changed the runner round at the bottom...after they left I cannot open the doors properly as they shudder along and then bang closed...been in touch with store they said they have been in touch with fitters and they would ring me...4 weeks later still waiting...I cannot use the wardrobes and to be honest the happiness i should have got from my wardrobe is all gone...totally depressed!

Bought an extenable table just before Christmas and it was delivered damaged. The delivery guys reported at time of delivery. Was told a new one was ordered. Since then, it's been re-ordered again as I was told it was given to someone else. Just been told it's going to be another 6 weeks so can only assume it's again been given to someone else! Absolutely ridiculous! Have a table I cant use and spent thousands on!

When my cash withdrawal was denied and my account access suddenly restricted, I feared the worst. It's a common issue, and I understand why people lose faith in platforms. But thanks to Mrs. Mercy and her amazing support team, I was able to recover my funds and regain confidence in the process

Their customer service is very bad once they have sold the product. I purchased a sofa in Brighton store last week and wanted to amend my order to a different material, so I called the store within the 48-hour window. I was told to leave a voicemail regarding my request and that they would call me back. They didn't call me back, so I called again the next day and got the same message. When I finally got through to someone in the customer support team in the store, they told me that I had missed the 48-hour deadline, but that they would contact their supplier in China to see if it was possible to change the order. I was shocked to find out that our sofa is made in China. I asked the salesperson who sold us the sofa where it was made. He never said that it was made in China. I never received any calls from them regarding my request to change the material, and I had to call them repeatedly. They said that if I wanted to change the material, I would have to pay extra. I am really sad and disappointed about this because I called them within the 48-hour window to amend my order, and their message said they would call me back. This was my first order from Furniture Village, and I had planned to buy beds and a dining set from them. However, as they are not addressing my concerns, I don't want to purchase from them.
