Bought 2 rene sofas in November 2023 in October 2024 a leg spontaneously gave way which they repaired without argument but took 3 mths as leg had to be ordered from overseas which was extremely inconvenient
April 2025 another leg spontaneously broke on the other sofa which they said wouldn’t be covered by guarantee as was obviously accidental damage which we had a policy for we demanded an assessment of the sofa and the technician said was a fault in the sofa so it was repaired we wanted our money back and to return sofas as not fit for purpose anyway they have refused and we are stuck with a faulty suite wondering when the next leg will give way
