Avoid avoid avoid ...... if you like customer service this isn’t the company for you !!!! As they Seem to have no regard for their customers once they have taken your deposit ! After almost 6 months of waiting for our order to arrive we were told the night before delivery that they “couldn’t find” our mattress ! Two weeks later several emails several calls and a couple of virtual chats via the website nothing has been done and no contact has been made to us to explain, apologies or update on this saga!!!
