WOEFUL, AWFUL company.
Went online, made my order, took my deposit for my order (Big deposit at that).
10 weeks later, the sofa should be delivered next week, I have only now just got through to someone on the phone at furniture village after trying for weeks who has now informed me that the individual fabric we chose for our sofa has not been in stock, It will take a minimum of another 10 weeks to arrive. (SHOCKING). I would not recommend anyone to order their sofa from here. Lovely products. Diabolical service.
