We spent £13000 on two sofas a dinning table and accessories. Well it's an absolute disaster:
Wrong sofa ordered
Wrong sizes ordered on both sofas
Three months waiting for two lights and lamps when arrived damaged
No correspondence
E-mailed ceo no reply e-mailed daily for seven days
Promised that complaint would be raised and investigated never happened
Took day of work to meet with store manager who was then not in store when we arrived
Phone calls Promised never ever phoned us
Appalling service
Going to ombudsmen
BBC watch dog
The sofa they delivered this week is completely the wrong size
