Ordered sofas 11 weeks ago. Told delivery 8 weeks, maximum 11. No communication at all. Can’t get through by phone, 3 live chats with them, promises made nothing delivered. Shocking customer service, now panicking that I have lost my money and won’t get it back or my furniture. Do not use this company it is disgraceful how they treat their customers. Blaming a cyber attack is unacceptable, doesn’t say a lot for how they manage their systems and our information!!!!
