I purchased a bed and base tempur paid £4150. Weeks late arrival. Arrived faulty not working base and draw not opening properly. Numerous phone calls. No call back and not fixed. Shop does not answer calls and customer services sympathise but cannot get it fixed.
You are obliged to pay all your money before delivery. Bed was faulty on delivery. Delivery said would get fixed!! Still broken
