Having just found the reviews section to write a scathing report on Furniture Village online, I feel it a complete waste of time to do so, having seen the multiple reports of similar customer service.
Therefore, all I will say is, even after a discussion with the general manager Scott Taylor, of promises to resolve our issue by 5pm that day, I didn't even get a return phone call.
An absolute disgrace!!!
Ps Is there any positive reviews on any pages of this site?
