Absolutely terrible service I received a power recliner on 26.08.21 when they were setting it up they noticed 1 of the power leads snapped they advised that I take a picture and they did too I called with the complaint and forwarded the picture I was told it would be dealt with urgently and would get a call , following day I called again to then be told that it's not an urgent matter and to wait 3-5 working days ,3rd September still waiting so called again to be told that there's a queue and other people waiting before me ,I advised that I did not pay money for damaged goods and wanted to talk to a supervisor the call handler became cheeky saying why do u want to talk to them they will tell you same I insisted I want a supervisor who I eventually got I told her everything and explained that I was sick getting told different things and also I told her I would like compensation ,she advised that she would put on my account o should be compensated and also to give it just a few more days ,5th sept I had a voicemail saying that an engineer would be out no date given so I called and the call handler male was very abrupt with me I said I need a date of when engineer would be out as I should not be expected to guess ,he told me I would hear from them by 8th September ,today is 9th September still no one been in touch so I called to be told there is a delay and wait to hear from engineer in a week I told her it's not good enough I want to talk to a supervisor or manager to be abruptly told there's none ,she didn't want to hear me out kept talking over me then eventually said she will get a supervisor to call me a hung up on me .I'm absolutely disgusted in the way I'm being treated ,and I will be sure never to shop with them again!!!
