There isn't a rating low enough. We bought stools online believing their promise that you could return to a store. Guess what? Can only return to a depot which is further away. Returned stools on 12 July. Still don't have a refund (28 September) despite dozens of calls (same story every time - wait 3 to 5 days) and letters (to company officers - no response whatsoever). How this company is still in business is beyond comprehension. Please don't make the same mistake we did!
