Absolutely despicable company. I purchased a sofa because I developed neck and back pain to the extent I'm having physiotherapy. The sofas that arrived are not equivalent to the standard I've received. The head rest protrudes over the back rest causing me pain. This is in addition to the dents and misalignement on the chair.
Despite requesting a return, I was advised that I need to have a Technician to confirm that the sofa is affecting my back.
I am totally flabbergasted at the response and lack of concern for my health needs
