Having had a sofa delivered damaged over a year ago, many phone calls and visits to the store we are no further forward! Totally frustrated and very disappointing with customer service! Every time I call I’m promised someone will call me back but surprise surprise they never do. The only response we got was a phone call after I emailed with again another promise I would get a phone call first thing this morning and wait for it!! No phone call! Would not recommend this company and the sofa is poor quality for the price we paid.
