I have reached to that point that I feel that there is nothing more I can do to get my case sorted. Dealing with Furniture Village people is just frustrating.
Call after call to try to get through with my case, even dropping into the shop several times haven’t sorted anything!!! They would never say they won’t do it but, nothing gets done.
I have an agreement with Hitachi one of their lenders when placed my order which I was told that will be delivered in 16 weeks time due the Covid-19 delays however that time was doubled and in the END one of my furnitures was never delivered due of “perfect organisation” they have in order to get things done!! In the end I achieved to cancel the furniture that was missing but even one year later I am still paying for something that I have never received! Is just so frustrating. How hard is that, all they have to do is, get in touch with their lender and notify them to reduce the principal agreement so I can pay the right amount…
Again I can’t describe in words the frustration that I am going through paying for a furniture that I have never received. And having to cope with inefficiency of a “prestigious” UK customer service Brand.
