The wrong sofa was delivered, no returned email, so I went in the store, and was told the colour is right, so that's all that matters. The man kept talking over me not listening.
When I called the man on the phone was laughing and mocking me.
I will try to talk to the manager again, but they never seem to get him for me, I wonder why?
Nasty horrible staff.
Go to Dfs they are a professional company.
