Run, run, run!
Customer service is shocking.
If you want to cancel an order you have to pay 25% of the total order as penalty. The sofa I ordered cost £6,000 and now they want £1,500 to cancel the order, otherwise it can't be done!
I placed the order in November and the sofa will arrive in 5 months time! No one is working on our sofa, surely they could cancel the order but they won't do anything once they have your money!
They are only interested in taking your money and then for any problem they find no solutions.
I will have to contact ombudsman to sort it out some how...
I strongly recommend to stay away from Furniture Village!!!
