Appalling service from this company. Waiting over an hour to speak to someone. I have spent over 4 hrs and still not resolved. They do not answer e-mails either.
I purchased a guest bed, the lower bed pulls out and two feet open out, and lock into place. The two locks which hold the legs open, fell off. If I could give them a 0 star review I would.
