Disgusting customer service. My son bought a sofa from this company on line,when it arrived it was very uncomfortable so he decided to return it. He was told it would cost 25% of the cost for them to pick it up. After sales is absolutely terrible passed from pillow to post . They are not interested once they have your money. Disgraceful
