They're even incompetent, dishonest or both.
6 painful months waiting for a wardrobe to be delivered and they installed it obviously damaged. I've been promised it will be resolved, but now they just ghost me.
Furniture Village's business model seems to be to get money from unsuspecting customers then do everything they can to avoid giving them what they paid for
