I purchased a sideboard the middle of March for £699. It arrived very damaged, so I requested a refund. This request was lost and I was unable to exchange or refund. The email and photo evidence were then found and the process for a refund was started. However the warehouse are impossible to contact to arrange collection, FV could not get through either and they do not respond to emails or voicemails. I still am no further forward 7 weeks later. John Lewis offer very similar and offer a far better customer service.
I must give a shout out to Terry on the phone lines, very professional and loyal to this company.
I will never order from this company again!
