Shocking company. Terrible customer service. Had to get manufacturer involved for faulty goods. They forced Furniture Village to take it back and refund us.
They made an appointment to call and issue the refund after 10days and then didn't keep the appointment. Still chasing them. Absolutely shocking lack of customer service.
