Bought a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa
Delivered in March but 3 seater faulty offered a repair which took 5 months to do the the repair failed so now sending a replacement allegedly end November
Customer service terrible won't pay any compensation until replacement has been delivered
Even emailed CEO who did nothing but pass it to someone else who doesn't care about sorting the problems or pay compensation
WILL NEVER BUY FROM TJEM AGAIN!!!!
