I would say my experience is exactly the same as the reviews viewed on this site ,terrible service no responsibility taken for junk furniture. My sofa showed signs of sagging leather three weeks after delivery . After one year of complaint, photos , phone calls ,and emails I have been told it’s normal wear and tear . I don’t know how they manage to keep the shop going there are so many complaints .I feel like standing outside with a placard warning customers but I can’t be bothered so this review will have to do .
