If you are planning on purchasing any furniture give this company a wide birth
There customer service is horrendous and their dedicated after sales team have little or no training...it speaks volumes when you wait over an hour to discuss your faulty furniture
8 weeks after delivery my leather chair started to slope after 6 months all of the furniture had sunk
It has taken 10 months for them to admit there's a problem
Eventually offered a new suite in June
Yeahhh it's arrived ...and it's damaged..and would I like them to repair it

This was a £3 ,000 suite
Furniture Village are a joke and I would love to discuss this with someone in management
