Buyer beware!!
Furniture Village will sell you faulty products which risk you and family’s safety.
I purchased an ottoman bed in 2018, and one of the piston brackets sheared. Luckily no-one was underneath at the time. Warranty is for 10 years, but Furniture Village say pistons are only 2. They must be aware that the pistons do not have long life spans. They refuse to replace the faulty product.
Please be careful with their ottoman beds!
