Poor poor poor.....on second recliner sofas after first ones arrived literally in peices.
Replacements arrived clearly unstable....customer services responded to concerns.....however female spoke to me today to arrange a technician visit had the audacity to tell me that the issues we are having are due to sofas seats being electric recliners!!!!!! Beyond livid, she is not an authorised technician.
