Sofa delivered with a collapsing/sagging unit, reported it within 4 days, they claimed via their ‘independent’ inspectors it was settlement and therefore my fault. Even though they offered to fix it. They refused a return even thought that’s my right within 30 days. I had 2 independent reports say poor quality materials and lack of fillings, plus numerous other faults. I claimed under section 75 credit consumer act and won, Furniture Village did eventually offer a grudging settlement (as a gesture of goodwill). Don’t buy from them unless you use a credit card even if only the first £100.
All in all a 3 month battle
I gave the sofa to a charity.
